    High quality in metallurgy, high purity in material, uniform in chemical composition; good in material harden ability, uniform in heat treatment, stable in performance, and good in impact toughness; advanced upsetting process is adopted to bring a high quality in drill pipe upsetting; internal upset taper is smooth and uniform with long MIU and big radius in vanishing point. The stress concentration factor is small at upsetting vanishing area; the inertia friction welding is adopted with a result of superior welding quality; precision of drill pipe dimension is high.
