Sucker rod is among our leading products. Our manufacturing process has absorbed the essence of local and international leading manufacturing technologies. Our product categories include Grade D regular sucker rod, Grade HL super-strength sucker rod and Grade HY super-strength sucker rod (polished), which are manufactured on the standards of SY/T5029,SY/T6272 and API SPEC11B. Beside, we also manufacture proprietary sucker rods based on the specific requirements of individual customers. In this respect, we have also obtained License of the API SPEC11B standards and the domestic industrial product manufacturing license.
    During the manufacturing process, advanced sequential spectrometers made in Germany are deployed to conduct qualitative analysis; magnetic-flux leakage detector used to inspect defects on each item passing along the production line; infra-red thermometers to monitor the temperature during the forging process; thermostatic or cooling devices (as required ) to control the cooling speed of the rods; fluorescent magnetic detectors to detect defects on forged parts after polishing. Then they will be tempered for the whole rod to eliminate the tension inside the rod, and the rod is then pulled straight to measure the strength. Before processing, the rod will go through surface smoothening for hardening to enhance endurance. Numeric-control hexagon lathes are used to process rod heads to realize PLC automation. After processing, each rod will be subject to examination to enhance precision. The above shows that our sucker rod is manufactured with a robust quality assurance system.
